Can I participate alone, by myself?
Of course.  Our staff are all friendly, so you can participate even if you're alone.  See Staff introduction

I can't swim.  Is that all right?
Lifevests are mandatory.  Most of our crew are also veteran lifeguards, so rest assured.

Can my children participate?
Our lifeguards will assist you, so no problem.  We also have children's lifevests.  Small children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Is there a restroom on board?
Ladies can rest assured.  You can see the lay-out of the boat on the "For a Comfortable Tour" page.

Can a person on a wheelchair participate?
Please consult our office.  We have had participants in the past.

Are tips required?
Tipping is an American custom, and is appreciated but not solicited. It's all up to you.

Can I purchase an underwater camera on board?
Sorry, but underwater cameras are not sold on board.

Can I touch wild dolphins?
They are wild animals, so physical contact is difficult.  However, you are sure to have an experience of a lifetime just by encountering these magnificent creatures.

Can an all-girl group participate?
Yes. 

Can an all-boy group participate?
Yes.

What is your cancellation policy?
100% refund within 2 days before scheduled date, before noon 50% refund within 2 days before scheduled date, noon to 5 pm Refunds cannot be issued after that, so please plan accordingly.

Can I participate during my period?
It's OK if you use feminine products made for swimming.

Is there anything I need?
Towel for drying, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses.  For those who get sea-sick, motion sickness pills are recommended.  When coming out of the water, it can get chilly, so a long sleeved jacket might be good to bring.  Details are available on our "checklist" page.

Can pregnant people participate?
It depends on the term, but please be careful not to slip and fall on board.
